About Me

Keeping Your Teeth Strong and Healthy

As a dental hygienist, I understand the importance of oral health. Teeth are meant to last throughout your entire life, and the calcium and other minerals that make up your teeth help to retain strength. Unfortunately, I see patients with dozens of cavities, tooth infections, abscesses, and advanced gum disease. All of these conditions reduce oral health greatly. In many cases, patients simply wait too long to see a dentist. A simple cleaning every six months can prevent serious oral problems though. I want you to understand how cleanings, fluoride treatments, and tooth caps can all help you to keep your teeth healthy for as long as possible. Prevention is always best to protect the teeth, so learn how to avoid foods and activities that harm the teeth as well. I care about the teeth, and I want you to love your pearly whites as much as I do.
